I changed my plugs last week, and it was desperately needed. I was getting a lot of stuttering under load at low rpm, and figured it was time.

@JonnyJeep01, it looks like yours were worse off. Since on yours, the ceramic on the top was beat up and worn, I'm curious how your plugs look? If the plugs have a lot of discoloration or don't look even in color, I'd get those replaced too, could be part of the poor running problems you're having. Mine was running fine other than under load at low rpm.
Also, check the PCV valve. A clogged pcv valve can cause a head gasket to fail prematurely and could cause oil to foul your coils and therefore plugs.
