Just wanted to start a thread seeing what everyone in Aus ended up getting their Patriots for. Could be useful for someone buying a new one and wanting to see how far they can batter down the dealers.

Ill start.

2008 Black Patriot Limited
Petrol CVT engine.
Options: Sunroof, premium paint
They threw in Front windows tinted, carpet mats and a full tank of fuel :smiley_thumbs_up:
Paid $37'000 drive away

Was this for a CRD?

If CRD then you did not get ripped off.
RRP for a Limited CRD is $37,990 + ORC.

When we got ours Jeep were doing a drive away deal no more to pay $37,990for a CRD limited. Plus got the tint and tow pack in that price.

We didn't go for the paint or leather protection as I do that myself and the stealer wanted something like $1500 bucks for there crap.

I have them only on the back but yeah I also have them scraping on things - probably the lowest part of the car (until the Freedom Pack is installed then it will be the side steps!)

just got mine last week, $31,000 drive away.
08 Limited with luxury pack (leather, sunroof, heated seats, mats, dimming mirror, prem paint etc)
Freedom pack also included (Nudge bar, tow bar, window shield thingos, bonnet protector, side steps)
I reckon it was a cracking deal and they filled her up too... not a demo either!
From Wanneroo Chrysler Jeep, Ian was the salesman... top notch service and no bullsh*t.

Mine went out the door for $20,080 U.S (incl tax & title) with 25E pkg, tire & wheel group and sun & sound group.

Price of the vehicle was $18,885 before tax, title & license.

Bought it at the end of Nov and it was delivered to the dealer in early Sept.

Very happy with the vehicle, pricing and dealer.

These Pats easily compare with Honda CRVs, Suzuki SR4s, Honda Elements, Toyota Scions, etc.....wish Chrysler had the $$ to advertise them more.

I picked mine up on Thursday last week. Paid $31,500 with $13,000 trade-in. Manufactured 07, complied December 2008, Limited Diesel, bright silver, 46km on the clock, factory sunroof, freedom pack (but I didn't want the side steps fitted - I'm going to put them on ebay soon). It wasn't ready to pick up when they told me it would be so they threw in some door sill guards and rubber slush mats.

I brought almost the same type of yours and got a few problems. Before you pick up your car, check up the things below mate.

1. Battery, the bettery sitting there for 2 years and can't be fully charged anymore, might be a good idea to ask them just get you a new one.

2. Check the flash light in the rear cargo. mine not working probably the battery problem as well.

3. Air conditioning not that powerful, not sure if it is because of the coolan need to be replaced.

Anyway, it will be a relief if you can get your 1000km service for free because practically it is a 2 years old car.

Enjoy your drive and good luck!
