I am also going to love folding those seats flat and filling up the Pat with goodies from the garden center... and my pups of course

I'm a big fan of the electrical outlet as well. Really comes in handy with the iPod!

Does your Pat have the folding front seat? If so, you'll really be able to pack it in there!

And the Pat wears red well. It would probably be my second choice for color.

Oh...and you don't know it yet, but I think that the audio plug on the front of your radio is about to become a favorite feature for you. I love mine!!

 

All my friends at work are head-over-heels for my new Riot... and every single one of them love the "burgundy" red. It really is a JEEP color!

The electrical outlet is pretty awesome. I've used it to charge my phone on long trips, when my GPS was occupying the cigarette/charger outlet. Also comes in handy to charge my spare camera battery.

I recommend that you go to Target and drop $5 on one of the little sticky grabby pads - either in the iPod or car accessory aisle. I bought one and put it in the cubby under the radio, and it keeps my phone and iPod from sliding out. I'm actually going to go buy a second one and cut it in half to put in the cubby above the glove box to keep things from sliding around in there.

If you have the fold-flat passenger seat, you'll be able to fit 8 foot lumber inside the Jeep. Hubby and I have done that several times - I just wrap a blanket around the ends of the lumber to keep from scratching my dash.

And just remember, the Patriot it bigger than it looks, and feels bigger than it is. We brought home a huge bathroom vanity in the back of that thing. Hubby crammed a bunch of Z parts in it the other weekend at the big car show down in LA. It has never failed to carry anything that I have needed it to.
