Rear seat heat ducts?

I can't find them for the life of me.

I assumed they were the vents behind the rear side windows, but I get no flow out of them?

It's supposed to be standard from what I understand, am I wrong?

It's on the Jeep site as standard on all models 2008 and 2009.

They are under the front seats.
Not really grilles just an opening.
If you look under the front seats (from the rear) you will see a plastic rectangular (with rounded corners) opening. That is the duct.

I am thinking that they are only active when a floor setting is chosen (so it is heating/cooling depending on what temp setting is). I can't really tell by looking at the parts drawing. Someone will have to experiment.

Okay, I found them...Didn't expect them to be so far towards the front on the front seats. I didn't look underneath but I felt a metal sheet under the seat that I think hinders the air movement. I'll have to check it out today, this morning it was too dark.

they work GREAT (in floor and floor/vent positions) kids will be nice n toasty ...:smiley_thumbs_up: Good thing too we have a winter storm watch - 6 to 8 inches WOOOOOO WHOOOOOO :banana: :pepper:

Sio that's what that is. Crap, I store stuff under the seats. I reached down there once to grab a sealed binder and felt that, but hadn't a clue that they were vents.
