We are new to the Jeep family and just purchased a 2017 Jeep Patriot for our daughter. She is used to driving a pickup with a lift package. She loves her new Patriot but wishes it set up just a tad higher. (I'm talking just a couple of inches here!) Her Patriot has the 17 inch tires but is it possible to go with a larger tire or a small lift? I think she would rather go with bigger tires maybe with a "chunkier" look. Any suggestions?

The Rocky-Road Outfitters (RRO) lift kit, is an economical choice. Plus, they probably have the most accessories for our vehicles. As far as tires go, there is a sticky in the wheel/tire/suspension section that has a 'what fits what doesn't 17" rims". There are several stickies threads regarding lift and tire options

I would go first with 15" wheels, and larger tires, you can safely go to a 225/75r15 without issue. Gives it a bit of a lift, and looks far better.
I would not bother with the lift kit unless you're actually taking it off road.
