Hey guys, My car is apart in the driveway and its almost night fall.
I bought my Xentec HID set, along with a relay. I have everything wired correctly to as far as my knowledge, but I cant seem to get them to turn on. When I turn on my lights, nothing happens. My side markers turn on, but no headlights.

The one thing that I've noticed is that my relay, doesn't seem to have a ground wire like in peoples videos. I'm not sure if it is supposed to or not. I even tried to replace the fuse just incase of a blown fuse, with no luck. I've checked my grounds and I've scuffed them up before hand. None of this has had any luck.

Please help.

The relay needs a ground to operate, you should have at least 4 wires going to the relays 1 constant hot, 1 ground, 1 wire from the switch and 1 out to the accessory.

The only exception is if the lights are negative switched.

I fixed it, There was a problem with a connection. One light came on, and then I found another mistake I made out of frustration, and fixed that and both came on. Taped my connections, and relalised that they were only on when I had my brights on, so I fixed a wire and then they come on when supposed to! Problem resolved.

did you have to use a resistor with your kit? I heard with most HID kits you need to install a resistor otherwise they will work when the vehicle is off but when you start the jeep the lights flicker and die..
