the pat is solid all around. the wife and i love it. (she drives it daily - me on weekends). comfy, good stereo, looks cool - i love the boxyness of it.

all my friends like it, and can't believe that we got it for $15k and that it gets 28.5mpg on the highway.

no complaints here!

I still LOVE "Buddy" it's my trail pony and is a joy, plain and simple. It still gets looks from other folks and has been reliable as all get out. Yeeehaaaaa!

One and a half years later and still get the feeling. Like most friends a strangers like it a lot and can't believe the mileage. Great buy!

I sometimes go out & drive around just for the sheer heck of it!! I just love driving my Patriot!!

Just took my new 2009 on her first road trip. We did Phoenix AZ to Upland CA in a little under 5 hours. Managed 80MPH+ for several legs of the trip. Averaged 25.68 MPG even with the air full blast, hills, passing and higher speeds. The comfort, feel, space etc made for a great trip. I did not have any issues passing even up over 80 MPH. From what I have read I thought she would be a little gutless passing but as I stated no problems.

We usually take our 2007 C230 over but gave her a rest so we could get the feel of the Pat. Needless to say "Patty" will be making the trip much more often than her sister the C230. More space, same mileage, higher seating etc. My friends in Cali had been giving me crap about the Pat until they rode in it and gave it a spin around the block. They could not believe what I got for the money. I think a few of them are thinking about CFC if they can find a Pat anywhere around!!

I love mine too and I love trying to figure out what other mods we can all come up with to add to them!

I LOVE mine. I love looking out the window at work and staring at it. It's been six months. I wish it had a bigger engine and a louder horn (I have the plain 2.0) but if I think I made a mistake, I just go look at my bill. I paid $9000 after the cash-4-clunkers and Chrysler incentives! That makes me jump for joy. I love the room specially since I have two teenage boys in the back! And I can park it with my eyes closed (compared to my big Dodge Ram).

I really like mine and I love it even more that Im going longer without stopping for gas and doing most city driving in it. Im get looks from a lot of people and a thumbs up as I go.

The only thing I would like to have is on the passenger side seat for it to pump up just like the driver side does other then that no problems.

I find that it has good power to get around in traffic and I have not had it out in the open yet to see how it does on long trips but I will be soon enough.

I am finding the sweet spots in the 2.4L and how to give it gas to get it up to sped quick.

There are only a few things I would like to add and the main one is fog lights. I really like driving it much more so then the bigger SUV I had. That thing would wear me out just in the city driving.
