You bought my twin Except for a north not limited, where abouts are you located, in Saskatoon SK, there was 2 FDII Compass' at the dealership I got mine from (had to order it) and one was red, other was white, both north editions.

 

Tyler, I think his is FDI with CVTII and not FDII as he mentions auto stick which FDII does not have.

Intro

I live in Calgary Canada.
My son wanted me to buy a Jeep wrangler but my wife didn't like it besides it wa just outside my budget.
I drove an Isuzu for 10 years until I recently drove it on black ice and hit a guardrail...totaled!
I have the model North Edition and a lot of options just short of the Limited.
I am an older guy who likes to wrench as I have a lot of tools and I like to go off road hunting in Saskatchewan.
I hope to do some improvements soon.
I changed the oil out at 750 kms and put in dino 5w20 and a Mopar filter. I am going to Mobile 1 at 4500 km.
I just put on some mudflaps and will get some convex mirrors to put on the side mirrors.

Welcome to the forum. I think you will be happy with your Jeep. I have an 08 Patriot 4X4; CVT with 117,000 miles. Very few problems except for the suspension. Replaced stabilizer arm in the front and back but that shouldn't be an issue on the 2011 and newer Jeeps. It's been a good vehicle but it's time to trade. I tried to talk my wife into a 2012 Compass but she prefers the classic look of the Patriot. What kind of mileage are you getting with your Compass? Trying to convince her to get the Compass because it should catch less wind resistance & should get better mileage. I would appreciate any info on the mileage.
