That is "Hood Hinge to Body Side Seal" part number 5160046AB . Looks to be around $20 each +/-. I suppose you could make your own out of closed cell foam, if you can find some. Maybe try a junk yard/pick-and-pull.

I don't know if they come with adhesive already applied and you "peel and stick". I noticed mine starting to come loose several years ago and I reglued them with 3M weatherstrip adhesive and they are holding on fine into year 9. Having just used some Shoe Goo to repair my work boots sole, I think it would work for this foam also. As always, the surfaces should be clean of any oils and debris.

It came today and it comes with adhesive applied for a peel and stuck experience. I'll pop the hood this weekend.

Had some leftover black roof sealant that worked pretty good to stick it in place.
