The contest of contests will be open for submissions from now until 12:00pm (Noonish) Eastern time on July 25th or when we reach 25 total entries.

To submit your Patriot for Patriot of the Month all you have to do is post a pic of your Patriot here in this thread. You may only post pics of your own Patriot. Previous winners may re-submit, however you can’t use the same picture. Maximum 3 photos per entry (or you won't be added to the poll).

When we reach 25 entries or reach July 25th (whichever comes first), a poll will be added containing the entered submissions until the end of the month. All members are asked to vote on their favorite. The person with the most votes at the end of the month will be the winner for the month of July!

To submit photos for POTM, you have to have 50 posts before the 25th.
These post have to be quality and add to the discussions in the forum and not just to try to reach the post count.

This is not to discourage new members from posting, but to encourage people to participate in the forum and be active members of the community.

The incredible prizes:

1. The July 2013 Patriot of the Month Winner will be featured on the homepage during the month of August.

2. FREE* full size 23"x35" poster of your winning POTM pic!!! (Thanks dixedawg!!!)

3. A custom one of a kind decal with the month and year to forever commemorate your reign as Patriot of the Month (Thanks Creation!!!):

I use photobucket, works pretty good. There's a direct link next to the large view on that site, so you can just click on it to copy, then paste it into the "insert image" box in the post. Here's my library, so you can see what it looks like http://s1299.photobucket.com/user/RossoRacer/library/?sort=3&page=1 I'd post an entry, but I should get new photos for that and I won't be getting any for awhile. I have a new rig to drive for now, and will probly be assigned one of my own in another month or so. No worries, this pic isn't an entry(I don't think it'd count anyway)

It was very bad for the city but thankfully my home wasn't touched. A lot of people weren't so lucky though. Thanks for the concern

I haven't had a chance to take it off-road yet so here's a pic of mine right after I washed and waxed it!

EDIT: I added another picture of my Patriot :pepper:

Thanks! And I agree, I think it would look great. I've thought about adding one, but my radio reception is already on the poor side as it is :( Would adding a stubby antenna decrease the reception even more?

I have no idea why jeep didn't give the Patriot an antenna like the Liberty. The antenna is on the roof and not noticeableSent from AutoGuide.com Free App
The euro spec Patriot got the antenna on the back of the roof. On the us version they opted not to

Do you think reception is an issue with the radio head unit itself? If so, a simple swap for an aftermarket head unit would work. Because as long and gaudy as the freaking antenna on the patriot is, I feel like I should be able the pick up alien broadcasts...lol
