Best thing to do is to either look them up on the Goodyear website and see if they can be mounted either way or contact a Goodyear tire store. Here is one in Jacksonville.

As far as I know the sr-a is not directional. Discount Tire (a site sponsor) will know and will remount them for you fast and cheap.

Even if they are directional, you should be able to turn the tire around on the wheel, then move it to the other side of your Jeep.

 

They are not unidirectional. If they were, passenger side could not be swapped with driver side tires, and the other way around. If you were to only turn the driver side tires so the black walls were out, they would run the same direction as the passenger tires. Now the Michelin Hydro edge on our other car are definitely unidirectional...

MrJeep is correct, they can be rotated to the other side, so you should be ok.

 

Every directional tire I've ever seen has had an arrow on the sidewall to indicate direction of rotation.

 

yes, an arrow moulded in or some graphic indicating the direction of rotation needed permanently on the sidewall.

Plus the tread sort of looks like it should only rotate one way.

 

You can do it.

I switch the direction in which my PAT's tires rotate so they will unwind.

I cannot do that with the tires on the C5, so it stays wound up.

 

I just reverse mounted my SR-A's yesterday, they are non directional :smiley_thumbs_up:
