Hello! I am planning to buy a 2017 Patriot, but I am really interested in fold-flat front seats, which apparently are not offered for models 2015 or newer.
Has anyone installed 2014 (or older) front seats in a 2015 or newer model? My understanding is that 2017 models have airbags embedded in the front seats and therefore I am afraid that, if I replace them, the airbag system could throw an error/light or could potentially malfunction.
Any recommendations? Thanks!
