I try to always keep the gas tank more full than empty. (Well, except during a road trip - then it gets filled up when rational, and topped off after the trip. I do try to keep at least a small reserve at all times.) It's a preparedness thing. So I fill up at least once every week, more often if I do anything more than the minimum (work & groceries) amount of driving. I don't think it's such a big thing to swing by a gasoline station, and it's going to cost you just as much whether you fill up half a tank once a week or the whole tank twice a month. Might as well keep the tank full. That way you'll always have at least a full tank of gas in case there are problems with gasoline distribution, power, or whatever.

 

Every 8 days or 650km which ever comes 1st.

I'm making around 90Km a day and usually it takes me 6-7days to empty tank...

 

I actually find the range quite low. The 2.4L gasser, ~12 gallon fillups, 275-300 miles per tank. For me, that is less than a week of commuting. I get about 400 miles in my minivan using about 19 gallons of its 20 gallon tank.

 

I still fill up every 4-5 days as the Patriot has about the same range as my old Dakota R/T, but I put in 10-11 gallons instead of 18-19 gallons now so huge improvement! When gas was high, it was a huge blessing to have half of the fuel bill.

Sometimes I fill twice a day. Something I recall from the days when I drove my old bad 1970 Cadillac around in High School. I could go the same distance on a fill, but the Cad has a 28 gallon tank.

If I'm at work in town I can go 2 weeks without filling. When I'm at home in the country once or twice a week is common. I can usually make the 354 mile commute on one tank. My(extreme) commute is done 3 times a month. Not daily.

I've noticed, requests for a larger Patriot fuel tank have waned.

 

I fill it once every two weeks or before each trip I go. I use my riot on rainy, cold and cloudy days. For every day I have my motorcycle.

 

I'm putting about 30-40 miles a day, 4 days a week on mine. At about 300miles per tank = 1 every 10 days. I love it!

 

About once a week. I like to keep it topped off.

 

Once a week. only seeing 21ish MPG from my 2.4 Manual. 200ish miles.

 

All my driving is HWY, and I usually fill up at a half tank, since I never know when I'm going to be stuck in a traffic jam in a big city, or out in the middle of no where. so I may go through a couple fill ups a day, and then once a week once I get to where I'm going.

 

Once a week but that's our routine..it may or may not need very much gas, but we like to keep it topped off especially in the winter months.

 

Every payday, so twice a month! With the crazy cold thought I only have about a 1/4 tank left after two weeks, it doesn't help I drive downtown with nothing but stop and go. I still walk alot when I can so that helps too.

 

When ever it needs gas I fill er up.
