Yes, there will be two big holes in your front bumper. But you could install fog lights later if the holes really bother you. Or maybe you could cover it with some sort of decorative grille.

 

It should come with black plastic "vent" covers in them, just like the Liberty, Gr.Cher., and Commanders on the lot. It shouldn't just be a hole.

The dealer told me that last night. I tried to change my order to include the fog lights, but they said they couldn't change it without cancelling the original order. which means I would have to wait even longer for a delivery date.

 

I'm pretty sure that MOPAR will come out with a "fog light kit" for those that want to add them in after the fact. The Liberty is like that today

By the way, did you have to pay MSRP for your Patriot? I read there is still not enough inventory out there yet and that there is a feeding frenzy every time a Patriot hits a dealer lot... I'm considering one myself to replace my Jeep Cherokee but want to know how are things out there before I hit the dealer circuit...

Hi there everyone!

Just wondering if its possible to add on the silver front and rear fascias to the base models. anyone know if its possible to purchase them afterwards and install them? i think theyre a nice touch, but i dont plan on getting the higher end models.

I am sure you could buy the front and rear trim pieces and add them on. Just check with the parts dept at your dealer. Sometimes these parts can be quite expensive though.

 

Fog Light Accessory

Has anyone installed the kit adverstised on the Mopar website? I'm curious if it includes a new turn signal stock, since the fog lights are controlled with a additional push-pull button on the end of the stalk in the production vehicles.
