Readin the post in the link, turns out the guys turbo was replaced because it was broken in the wastegate (but they kind of think thats doubtful) and the main problem was the EGR cooler was cracked. Look for a new EGR cooler, and you might fix your issue.

Workshop called be back and told me the pressure on idle was to low, he inspected it and found a vacuum can on the EGR cooler that he suspected had a leak. Removed the hose and blinded it and asked me to drive it for a while. No Error
