Hey all, Ive noticed a peoblem, and wanted to know if anyone had a solution. My backup camera screen shows up about every 8 seconds, even when not in reverse. It doesnt display the video feed because I'm not in reverse, but it gives the warning about the image may be flipped. I dismiss it and 8 seconds later it comes right back. Any suggestions?
Its a pioneer 2400bt, and a koolertron backup camera.

i helped my neighbor with this. he had the same problem. There is a solution in the owners manual. there is a setting in the video/camera section on your radio. I wish I could remember right off hand what it was. But he has the exact radio. Check your manual for backup camera settings. there is something you have to change. sorry I can't be more specific but I can at least point you in that direction

It just says "Change this setting" WHAT SETTING PIONEER? WHAT SETTING?

My pioneer system did that a couple times, and I would push the reset button, and it would stop.

Creation under system settings it says camera polarity... You want battery

You did the set up where it has 4 wires? Hot/ground/and basically on/off... Hot to battery... Ground to where ever you ground it, RCA up front, and the wire that activates reverse lights.

Mine is wired Hot to reverse light, ground to reverse light ground, and then rca up.
