Hit 100K a few days ago and I couldn't be happier with it. The only repairs have been lower control arms and the intake manifold actuator.

Preventative maintenance is the key, folks.

True that preventative maintenance is the key but design defects like the lower control arms or manufacturing defects like the counter shaft bearings are beyond the control of maintenance. Spending on maintenance, however, makes that vehicle reliable, enjoyable to drive and able to fulfill its design objectives well past 150,000 miles. There are plenty of old Cherokees running around with 250,000 or more miles as proof.

I'm half way there on my '13 with over 51,000 right now. Very minimal maintenance thus far, just $12 worth of spark plugs every 30,000.

Glad to hear your Jeep is been easy to take care of and it has taken good care of you.

Congrats on hitting 100k! I'm hot on your heels, about 99200 right now...

In regards to your intake manifold actuator issue, how did you resolve it?

If I recall correctly, I had an Autozone reset the code and it never came back. There was another code associated with it, and that one was also reset and never came back. It truly has been a good car. I'm counting on it giving me another 50k miles, trouble-free. By that time I should be ready for a new vehicle.
