new rear bearings, all wheel speed sensors and differential sensor giving feedback. Mechanic suspects a problem with the transfer case or 4WD clutch. This is on a 5-speed FD1 Sport 2011 Patriot. Any thoughts???

Some of the early Patriots had an issue with a wire corroding near the drivers side. Not sure if it would pertain but it's something easy to check.

Not sure what to tell ya...and I don't even know a dealer to recommend, but I'm in a statewide Jeep group with some members over your way. Maybe somebody knows a good place to go.
this may be the solution per Havar... "the yellow and black wire from the 4WD module to the eClutch was broken two places over the rear axle"
