I have been looking at this vehicle for the last few years and finally pulled the trigger.
I knew I wanted a pat with the FDII as here in AZ there are tons of off road fun to be had and many places that are only accessable with a 4wd car.
I went to the dealership for a 5th test drive(lol). The only FDII they had was one that was completely loaded. After bargaining and employee cost here is what I got:
Sticker: $27,255
Employee price: $24874
Negotiated price $22,500
rebates/incentives: $3500
Final Price (pre tax): $19,000

I think I did well on price as I didn't really want all the other options so I played hardball.
