That's the thing with the totally integrated power module. It's a black box of power.

Does the front passenger work? It gets the same power and is locked out with a trigger from driver.

So if the driver lockout isn't enabled, front passenger should work if the break is after the splice.
Yoi may have to pull the tipm and measure back there.

There is no power to any of the windows at all. I pulled the power module out of the engine compartment and am trying to find the wire now to test to see if I have a break in the wire between the IPM and window switch.

Wiggle the wire harness in the driver door jamb while holding the window switch up and see if anything changes. Pull the rubber boot back and have a good look at the wires. Spray out the grease, if applied, and look at terminals.

 

Thank you all for your help. I figured it out. The wire was broken inside the boot that goes from the door to the car (right below the door hinges).
I figured it out by putting a meter between the TIPM and the door panel switch.
Once I saw there was a break, I started testing individual segments, (TIPM to door boot, door boot to switch). I ended up splicing in a new wire and it is working now.
For those who want to know, I took a photo of the bottom of the TIPM and the door switch and circled the 12V power lead. It is the Pink/Brown wire. It runs from the switch all the way to the TIPM.

 

Oh yeah, the wire number, based on your diagram is C7-21

 

Nice work and pictures. I'm using those going forward when others ask about which wire on a 2009 tipm.
