Lol the "Wild Weasel" lmao

TFL car is the best haha

Funny how Jeep got in its own way at times, kind of like family sometimes.:smiley_thumbs_up:

The Wrangler Moab is prolly the closest thing we will see to the JJ.

I can remember CJs rolling over just by turning into a parking spot too fast.

The JJ was suppose to be a small Wrangler but it would've needed to be independent front suspension which would've made buyers in the late 90s bitch and moan...nowadays almost every Jeep but the Wrangler is at least independent front suspension so if they put a D30 or D44 rear end under this and a IFS on it, they could do that

The next video in the set was dealers doing a demo. Too many jeeps in line, too many can't drive their way out of a wet paper bag dealers in those lines, and too many jeep employees making sure that nobody got to really test anything. Now I know why even a good dealer comes off as an idiot. It ain't a good demo until someone get's hi-lifted out of trouble.

I'm a bit disappointed that TFL hasn't yet posted their "controlled" off road video. Instead they've been putting up stuff on other cars. Maybe they decided to wait and do one of their normal off-road tests instead.
I think TFL was in that video driving the Anvil Cherokee off road, the one that got stuck going up a hill and had to backup. It'll be good to see their review

I would be out of my element without the guides, Florida is flat and wet. That was quite a show for the speed control, a must have in my mind.
We are thinking Trailhawk after the first of the year or so, keep the Riot until the bitter end and then grab a 4x4 Riot before they vanish forever.

Planning a trip to Ocala National Forest to check with the rangers about OHV requirements before we pull the trigger on one of these. Ocala is Florida's Rubicon if you will.

Cherokees are in transit so I have been viewing some general info. window stickers from a few dealers.
Looks like the early 4x4s will be mated to the V6 and not the Tigershark, they appear to be on the FWDs from what I saw.
Pricing looks competitive if not better than expected.

TFL posted the vid finally haha. they some pretty good points about pricing with the wrangler, but it still serves a distinct market

Only if it really is competitive with the other vehicles in its class in areas beyond off-road capabilities. Because while thats important to Jeep fans, its obviously not to a big chunk of the public, which is happy to buy CRV's, Escape's, etc. The TFL guys don't seem to have committed on that point.
