Does Patriot Limited come with heated mirrors or not?

I totally agree inferno, that's why I brought it to the attention of everyone in the first place. DCX really P***ed me off when they told me that they didn't plan on doing anything about it because window stickers/brochures are subject to change at anytime, which didn't make sense to begin with since the car isn't built around the window sticker, but the window sticker around the car. It's been 3 weeks and DCX has yet to get back to my dealer and let them know what they plan on doing. Anyone that has bought one so far needs to call them and complain. The thing that really gets me is that they knew about the website over 3 weeks ago and have yet to do anything about it, them being the website admin or whoever. I just don't want people still thinking that their patriot has heatetd mirrors just cause a website says so. If they know it's not supposed to have them but it's marked it does, maybe more people will call DCX and complain that way.Yes, we've heard you each time. However, if enough of us bring it to their attention and it becomes a large customer dissatisfaction issue, some sort of "adjustment" just might occur. If I can't have the heated mirrors that I PAID for, then they need to give me something to make up for it.
yes, but clearly thats a LIE. Because its on the WINDOW STICKERS which is beyond the control of the web people. Even it was true, they are responsible for the content of THIER webpage. The point being they have some responsibility for the mistake of people thinking they were getting something they werent. When you go to a dealership and look at the window sticker of a car that is right in front of you, I dont see how they could make the argument that the sticker on the car is negotiable or subject to change when it comes to the equipment. I dont think anyone is arguing that the heated mirrors ARE on the Patriot. I think the point is that DCX should do something about it other than blame web designers. For the third time now in this post, DCX contends that they don't do the upkeep on their website and the company that does has misspoken. The patriot for a fact does not come with heated mirrors, limited or sport edition.

At this point, it seems clear that the Patriot doesnt have heated mirrors, but at one time was intended to but DCX nixed them and overlooked the change in certain areas and is now trying to blame it on the web designers. If the Patriot had heated mirrors Im sure it would be mentioned in the manual and they wouldnt be removing it from the window stickers. Is it possible that they all really do have heated mirrors and the people at DCX are mis-informed?
Sounds like what they are claiming is that you are buying some sort of motor vehicle with a "Patriot" logo on it. Everything else is subject to change without notice. Clearly that is not the case.If the window sticker is subject to change, how is a car buyer supposed to know what features come on his or her car?
I just got back from the dealer's service department to figure out why my DRLs and heated mirrors don't work. They figured that they factory had just forgotton to activate the DRLs in the programming of the vehicle so they hooked it up and could not find the feature in any of the vehicle modules.
Of course, they also came to the conclusion that Patriots do not have heated mirrors just as we all have.
Service pretty much just left it as "Oh well, the documentaion is wrong so you will have to live with it." I argued that that wasn't good enough, that I had paid for represented features, so I took the issue to the general manager. He couldn't understand how so many feature errors could have been made and asked what I expected from DC. I told him that I expected them to deliver the features and outside of that we'd have to come to some agreement. He stated he would check with the regional DC rep and get back with me on Monday.
