I do not wish to offend, but I find this thread the most ridiculous one that I have ever seen on this forum. These are jeeps for goodness sake. they should be covered with mud (or snow) not fake vents. Sorry if anyone gets upset but I can't hold it in any longer!!

NOT EVERYONE IS A "OFF-ROADER" OK. ME AND ALOT OF OTHER JEEPERS LOVE THE JEEP BRAND BUT ARE MORE IN TO URBAN MODIFICATIONS.


I AM PROUD TO SAY THAT MY JEEP WILL NEVER EVER BE COVERED IN MUD BECAUSE I PLAN TO BABY IT AND ADD CHROME AND WASH IT EVERY WEEK.

Please stop bolding and caps locking all of your posts...

While I too feel that the Patriot is versatile and not just an off-road vehicle, I have to agree with everyone who is saying that this is a really really poor choice of mod. Fake vents are kind of a joke. They certainly won't make your car look more like a Land Rover.

while i dont care for the vents, somepeople do, and since they are the ones making payments or paid for their jeep, LET THEM DO WHAT THEY WANT!

I LIKE THE FAKE VENTS. I PLAN TO ADD CHROME INSERTS TOO.

but sense they cant fit correctly the way a RANGE ROVER has them, than i dont plan to add them. and only ONE person said it was a poor mod choice.

im mad because i made this thread asking where to get the vents.

Not what is your opinion on the vents.

even though i appreciate the people that said they liked them and who helped me. I've gotten what i wanted out of this thread. thanks.

I think I am going to get a fake ram air hood scoop, make it bow-legged, get some underbody illumination, a scented crown for the dash, a pair of dice for hangin' from the rearview, a big ol rear wing, a big can exhaust tip, skull valve stem covers, hot chick mudflaps, a pair of nuts trailer hitch cover, faux woodgrain panels for the exterior, silver window tint, holley carb and other stickers to place behind the front wheels like it is a NASCAR, put on some hydraulics, add about 20 speakers 4 amps and 6 subwoofers, stainless steel racin' pedals, eight ball shifter, a nitros kit, and just about any other fad item that I have missed.

Sorry, I am one who sees value in adding something truly useful but no value in adding something just because it is the cool thing at that moment. I guess I will always just be an uncool nerd engineer.

For all you cool people just continue to do whatever is cool.

Was just trying to point out all the things that had been the "cool" thing to do to a car over the last few decades. Just want you to think about what you want to do to your ride. What is cool today will be laughed at tomorrow. Accessorize smart.

It's the internet... you really shouldn't post something if you don't want to hear opinions.

Since you've gotten what you needed and this this thread clearly has the potential to blow up, I'm going to close it.
