but i DO stand by my statement that the Patriots (Jeeps) are not as popular in this area as the Compass. for instance, we still have '07 Patriots on our lot, no '07 Compass' AND we have more '08 Patriots than Compass'. really makes no sense either.....the Patriot is a GREAT vehicle.

By the way, although I now very little about American football, I actually like the fact that soccer is not as popular there. It's the only sport you hear about in my country so it gets very boring some times.

I think the problem is timing (the dreaded recession looms!) and time (the lack thereof on the market). Gas prices are still relatively "low" here as well so fuel mileage has not become essential yet (still just in the novelty phase).

You're a Hoosiers fan and a Boilermakers fan?!?!? That must have been a mis-print. I can understand being a Hoosiers basketball fan and a Notre Dame football fan, but IU and Purdue? :icon_rolleyes:

No, no, no. Hoosier Boilermaker: I am a Hoosier (what we folks from Indiana are called) but I don't root for the Indiana University Hoosiers because I am a Purdue University Boilermakers fan. My wife is a Hoosier Hoosier because she is an IU Alum.
