I found out companies make adapters to go from 5/5 to 5/4.5 so I can keep my wheels!

Lol i found a guy an hour and a half away on CL that has TJ rubis for 200 bucks.. Sad thing is i cant do the lift and wheels at the same time. Ill wait on the wheels for now.

After the lift i want to get new tires. I know it wont look all that great until i get bigger tires.

^ Might as well save up for the wheels and tires at the same time. No use in buying new tires for 17's just to turn around a little longer and buy new 16" wheels and new tires.

questions on the lift.

I would love to get the RRO Lift on my 2011, but my question is what kind of inpact will it hold on jeep? Will the bigger tires mess with the speedo and fuel consuption? I saw that RRO was saying that their lift wouldnt mess with the ride comfort. Also lifting the jeep would change the distance of the drive shaft, will that affect the stock shaft?

Yes, bigger tires will mess with the speedometer and fuel consumption. Obviously the bigger you go the worse it will be.

A Jeep dealer will be installing the lift on mine as to keep my Patriot under warranty. So if a dealer is willing to install it they obviously don't see a problem with it affecting the Jeep.

Dealer called and said he has the parts and will be available Thursday or Friday for the install. They are going to give me a rental while my Patriot is being lifted.

Top notch service haha! I wish these guys were the closest dealer to me.

Cant wait to post the "lifted" pics and join the lifted MK club.
