According to the Summit Racing website, this is a replacement part for the Edelbrock Performer RPM Pro-Flo 4-barrel fuel injection system. It won't work on anything but their own, custom fuel injection system.

I love my patriot, all i would like is a little more punch on acceleration. I am on the road all day long and sometimes i would appreciate a little more kick that's all. If it's possible then im in.

What transmission do you have?

If it is a CVT you aren't going to get much "punch" from it unless you wind it right up...the way the CVT works is max horsepower at max revs...

The motor will happily rev to 5,500 - 6,000 and run there til you are at terminal velocity.

Check with jepstr67 and earthworm, I think they both have the gas pedal module/chip (can't remember the name of it) and both feel it helps a lot with the 5 speed. Much better throttle response I think were their exact words. Oh Sprint booster or something like that.

Forget chips . Cat backs & K&N or Mopar CAI's are about it . The 2.4 & 2.0 World Engine were never designed for tuning !!
