I just got my Riot back from the shop and they showed me some damage underneath it. It wasn't anything too bad but I'm sure it can't take too much more before it'll cost some money so i was trying to find something to protect more of the under body but i can't find anything. does anybody know anywhere i could get something? i already have the stock skid plates on it. do they make skid plates to protect the muffler and everything else?

No one currently makes any additional under armor for the Patriot other then the stock skids. That doesn't mean you can't make some for yourself though. Where was the damage that you found?

the drive shaft was hitting the body so the mechanic put some spacers on it or something and it fixed the problem...it was making a knocking like noise that you could feel on your feet when driving. i also have some dents and scratches on the muffler and frame...i planned on either getting the super sliders or the lift but haven't decided yet. the wife really doesn't want me to get the lift until she gets one on her tacoma first though. which one do you guys think would be better to get first...the lift or sliders? i've been trying to get rocky road to make some more underbody protection for us but so far nothing. i'm gonna be getting the Gibson Exhaust system but i want to make sure i'll have something first for protection cause i don't want to wreck that or hear from the wife because of it. i'm gonna stop at a couple local shops around here this week and see what they could do also. i'll keep everyone updated on that project

Hey, Larry, in that second picture, it looks like you have a guy stuck to your undercarriage. You might want to scrape him off or it might affect your mileage... Sometimes, a good skid plate will keep them from getting stuck there. :D

The Wincher bumper for the Patriot also comes with a front skid plate. Seems like a good option if you want to add one anyway. Get the plate, and a better bumper, and the option to add a winch up front too.

I would think a lift would help you avoid things, and the sliders will actually lower your clearance. And I'm not sure where those go, or how well they work on a Patriot. Bolted to unibody, will they cause more damage in the long run? The sliders will protect some things, but the lift will help you avoid a lot, and help in deep snow, etc.
