Just found the forum while looking for how to turn off the change oil indicator. I have a 2008 Jeep Patriot North Edition 4x4, Inferno Red. I'm a first-time Jeep owner and I love my Jeep.

Thanks for all the welcomes and info. One of the guys at my dealership told me how to turn it off after my first oil change but I couldn't remember how. They're pretty good about turning it off when I've had the oil changed but I had it changed after a long road trip and before it was scheduled to be done so now it comes on in between and it does get annoying really quick.
Btw, the long road trip was from Nova Scotia to Houston and back. I drove the entire trip and loved it. The Pat handled it better than 2001 Ram that I had when we moved up to NS. I'm definitely a Jeep girl from now on.
