I cut the holes out in my 08 Pat but never got around to installing the hooks. I followed it through with my 15 and they looks awesome in red!

Looks really nice for any year Jeep Patriot. Beautiful pictures

took me a couple hours, a trick I did was heating up the plastic with a heat gun and using an exacto blade to cut out the holes, just like butter.
Thats how I did it when I cut the rear plastic for my trailer hitch.

For the front tow hooks, I cheated and just bought the FD2 lower fascia, which has the holes molded in already :hammertime:

Thats a slick way of doing it, wish i would of thought of that.
I started out using a fine tooth hacksaw blade which i don't recommend and then a dremmel tool.
The holes were less than perfect with jagged edges and other imperfections.

So i used black auto door edge protector channel and lined the holes with it.
Turned out looking great. They're OEM Patriot tow hooks i ordered from the Jeep stealership.

For the rear tow hook, i fabricated an old unused hook off my Cherokee to fit in the tow receiver.

IMO, tow hooks on a Pat give it an edge over other Pats.
So far hope i don't have to use them.

Wait, the rear tow hook did come in handy now that i think on it. A guy skidded into me stopped at a red light on a slippery snowy day. He had damage to his front grill/bumper.
My Pat didn't have a scratch on it. The protruding rear tow hook took the entire impact.
