Ordered new LED headlights and fog-lights off of Amazon. Cost around $140 for everything all together. Looking forward to it coming in and installing them. I'll let y'all know how I like them. I can post links too later if anyone wants.

Hoping to be satisfied with this product!

The foglights you will not be satisfied with, they may look nice but will not output the light you want (or require from a fog), nor the pattern, nor the distance.

Hopefully the mains work out, do a side by side and report back.

Oooh, I'm curious about these headlights. Someone else has them, but on the FB group. I think he said they were more like spotlights than flood lights?

Anyhoo, keep us updated and post pics :) I'm curious to see the difference between lo and high beam

Hm, I read the reviews and people that had them in F-150's with reflector housings, like in the Patriot, said they functioned like a direct headlight or HID replacement.

The fogs may be more spotlight-like, though. I'll report on the beam pattern with them.

They're shipping 2 day USPS priority today so they should get here by Friday. I have work Friday evening so they should be installed by Saturday night.

I've seen the fogs in person (not that brand) and while they look nice they are not made for light output.

The fog lights were a no go. They wouldn't plug into the sockets and I did not feel like modifying the bulb or the socket so I will be returning those.

The headlights, well, they have been interesting to say the least. When I first plugged them into the headlight sockets, they put out a God awful scattered light pattern which was not going to be acceptable to me, as I need to see, as well as am not interested in blinding all the oncoming drivers. So, once I got the lights to be able to be turned the right way in the housing, they no longer put out as scattered of a light pattern, and I dare say the new bulbs put out an even more focused beam than the Sylvania bulbs that were in there to begin with. However, I did not get to do any real world road testing, as once I cranked up the Jeep the bulbs began to strobe on and off. Turns out, even though the manufacture advertised the bulbs to be CANBUS certified, they don't work plug and play with Chrysler systems. So, I had to order a set of resistors/capacitors, and, hopefully after installing those, these lights will finally work well. The manufacture says they will reimburse me the cost of the resistors, but I doubt I will ever see any money from them. From what I saw in the garage, they look like they are going to look nice and perform well at night. I will report back once I get the resistors installed.

Ordered a different brand of fog lights that are apparently compatable with Jeeps. They are LED too, claim to put out like 1200 lumens per bulb. I honestly don't believe that or care, I just want something to match my LED headlights.

Fogs should be here Friday with the resistors. I'll probably install everything Saturday and report back here.

They won't fit, its a tab lock issue and it will require you to modify the bulb but cutting off one of the lock tabs. Have not found one after market LED or HID that claims they fit to actually fit.

For the heads, get distance verification on the projected light. LED's in P&P applications still from my research cannot match that of even the OEM halogen whereas the HID's are 10 fold. May look nice just like the HID's however unlike the others, LED's have not been able to throw the light the same way making it a dangerous modification for night driving.

These headlights are BRIGHT. Oh my goodness. Dangerous? No way. Not better than stock? You have to be kidding me.

I need to aim them up ever so slightly, but even with them being aimed lower than they should, with both my high and low beams there is dramatically better and longer and brighter visibility. Now that I finally got the kit to work, I would definitely recommend.

Do you have the link you got the headlights from?
I've been really looking into getting either LED or HID lights for my 2014.
The headlights are the original link. But be warned, they are not plug and play at all.
