So what's the majority here?
Glossy Black
Or
Matt/flat/satin Black

I can't make up my mind.

Gloss! That's my opinion.

Looking good wcl21.

Although I think the satin black looks great, I myself still prefer gloss black :D

Agreed, I think it depends too on the color of the car they are going on.

Im torn between gloss and Flat... Id guess id have to meet in the middle with a satin finish not flat but not glossy either.
Seriously....there really isn't a flat black other than plasti-dip.
Paint in flat doesn't last. The cars you see around town that look flat are really satin or matte. Just enough clear in them to protect the paint.
Matte or satin are no different in automotive paints

So really you only have two choices.
Matte
Or
Gloss

I'm leaning towards gloss since the tires are rubber (matte)

The gloss steel rims I had prior suited very well with the nerf bars. But I like the matte black rims better. Tires can be glossy if you use a tire shine :)

True.
To me that means more work.
Constantly cleaning tires sucks. don't get ArmorAll on the wheels, As matte tends to show oily residue easily and then U clean it more often.
Of course that applies to the gloss with just dirt.

So there it is then. It's back to just preference.
Since u did matte I'll go with gloss.
It can always be changed later. Not likely but I'm sure I'll be thrilled anyway.
Ok seriously....already decided on gloss. LoL

wcl21- Did your stock tires fit on that 17x7 wheel? I'm looking to get new wheels but keep the tires.

Yes I was able to use the stock tires and just swap out the rims

So I took the jeep thru the car wash the other day and made sure I asked the attendant if the guide rail would scratch my new wheels. He assured me(in broken English) that it wouldn't be a problem. So the car goes thru comes out looks great, till I get back to my office and look at the driver side rims and they are full of scratches from the rail. Aaaaaahhhhh!!!!

So I tried ScratchX, compound, and everything else I could think of and they are still visible.

So being OCD like I am I went online and ordered 2 more to replace them.
