Welcome to the community. Stay inside and stay warm. Pictures can wait ( and I never say that! )

Thanks Bill,

Your north sounds nice too, I will probably hold off on the mods for a bit myself, but being a former XJ owner. I suspect you get a bit colder on that side of the border, but Fargo holds a close second.

New Patriot Owner myself...welcome :)

Welcome! Love the color, my 08 was red, always looked good.

Cold here, not above 10 for a couple days now, couple inches of snow now, with 6-9 inches on the way. No heated seats in mine, it's a Sport FDII. But heated mirrors is nice, and I do have the block heater in the 14 now, who knows I might use it one day. Although I didn't have that in the 08, and the Patriot always started, even when 10 below.

When I got my first Patriot, it was really rare to see another. We had meets just to see what other ones looked like. Now I see them everywhere.

Styk, I like your avatar. Only one better I've seen is Harold's.
Thanks :)

I've been told it represents my personality perfectly..I figured rather than disagree I'd just "own" it LOL

Dixiedawg, I understand the lack of others too well, I am in ND so there is a smaller population of people let alone people with our shared vehicular interest. Glad to know the 'riot population is growing back there. Jeeps in general in ND are somewhat rare period, regardless of model. I went to the store for food last night and came out to find another 'riot had parked right next to me, by intent, since I was parked out a ways (still very protective of my new baby). Didn't have the time to stick around for the owner to come out, but I am sure we will meet. Fargo isn't big and we live/shop at the same area.

I tried to buy that one on 26 Dec. Chrysler approved me but I didn't have 3g to put down, so I bought the Silver 2009 Limited instead.

Sorry it didn't work out, but you did get yours, so it all works out in the end. I was lucky enough to be in a position were I was bank pre-financed for more than the jeep cost, so it made it easier. The dealership/salesperson/finance department was really good and easy to work with.
