WARNING !!!!

Be very careful where you spray it and where the over spray goes. It is fine on the sidewalls - DO NOT get it on the treads!!!

Armorall repels water really well. When there is Armorall on the tread an you drive down a wet road you can loose traction just like being on ice. I've learned this the hard way. Luckily there wasn't a hard edge to the road I was on and I just slid sideways on to the grass.

I like the tire black products instead now.

I don´t use ArmorALL on tires because the tires get a brownish look after a while.

but i can realy recommend Meguiars Endurance High Gloss.

Last way longer, has a nice black wet look and don´t turn your tires into bad looking brownish rubber.

Danke Schön Rends!

I'll keep an eye out for the Meguiars Endurance, Rends. I love using the Armorall on my tires to make them look like new, but they do turn brown when it wears off.

For the interior, I simply use a dry car wash mitt on the dash AND on the windows. The ultra fine fibers on the mitt wipes the dust off the dash and keeps the film off the inside of the windows. It works so well and is so simple!

Bitteschön ;)

what i also want to mention is that even if the Meguiars stuff is more expensive than AA you need much less of the Gel on the tires than the AA spray. I got mine 2 years ago and have it used more than 10 times and the bottle is still nearly full. And it last much longer on the tire than AA.

I use Mothers Back to Black on all trim and the tires. Just put it on a towel and wipe and buff it in a little and they come out jet black black black, with a dull shine, and look better than new. I have found that to be the best in my opinion. (of course, after you wash them down with soap and rinse first)

None of that all super shiney slimey ghetto tire look......To each his own, though..... No offense to anyone in the ghetto intended.

I have not used Armorall in years and years for anything since there are many other better products on the market.

Just my opinion.

Canadians

Just for information after reading this thread I did check out the Crappy Tire website and they do have the Meguiars product line. Now just head on down to one of the larger stores and it should be in stock.
