I begin to think some dealerships have a bigger curse than the one Pirates of the Caribbean had... really.

I feel kinda on the same boat u are Murman. Still don't get why in the world the worst repair jobs are done in your brand dealership, even when those repairs are minimal and insignificant.

On june 28th a distracted lady hit me on the driver's side rear door. My insurance told me the only way to get the Pat repaired by a dealership was to send her 75km away from my town. I agreed.
Wrong choice. What a PITA this has been!!!

I thought they had professional people working in the paintshop. Big mistake.
It's clear to me no one will care the car just as one does.

Got her back on july 10th and found LOTS of details on the paint job (from a change in color coat to noticeable clear coat drops!!!)
Immediately called the shop mgr. and he agreed to fix it. 12 days since then. No loaner. No nothing!!! Almost 1 month w/o my Pat.

They will bring my Pat home evening today. I hope she is like factory new for their own good...
