Wannabe Jeep owner with a couple pre sales electrical questions

Hi there! I found this forum while googling a few questions about the 2014 patriot that I haven't been able to find answers for, so I thought I'd post here.

I don't own one yet, but am looking to change that very soon. It's just a pain finding one with the options I want, and I may end up ordering or settling.

Here are my questions.

1. Does the base Uconnect 130 support Bluetooth audio streaming, or would I need the uconnect voice package to be able to do that? I really don't care about the voice package features, but I'll get it if I have to for the audio streaming.

The 2014 patriot buyers guide I got from the dealership says that it does, but that is the only reference to that feature I've been able to find, so I want to make sure.

2. Which option do I need to select so that I can get the factory remote start? I've been playing with the jeep.com configurator and I don't see any of the packages/groups that have remote start listed, but on the feature comparison page it shows that remote start is an option on the latitude and limited so I'm not sure why I'm not seeing it.

Thanks for the help!

Edit: I thought of one more not so related question. Why are silver patriots impossible to find? There isn't a single one at any dealership within 100 miles of me. (Central Iowa)

I'm pretty sure the base radio does not support bluetooth, or streaming.
I see a ton of silver riots, that may be because everyone bought them up!
Looks like you are right about the streaming, I was a little too quick in my skimming. I was going to post a snapshot of the buyers guide, but I need five posts before I can do that.

Looks like I will have to spring for the bluetooth package. Not a big deal.

I am still curious about the remote start if anyone knows.

And about the silver color, I expanded the search and found a few that are 100+ miles, which I don't mind driving for the right car.

On my 2011, Remote Start came with the Security and Convenience package, but it may have only been an option on Latitude and Limited... I can't remember.

Best thing to do would probably be to go the the Build & Price section of the Jeep site and click the info button on each package that is available for you to select
