Trailer Tow Prep- Hitch Included?

I had a thought that rather than cut my rear fascia when my hitch is installed I would maybe just buy the OE tow package fascia and save the hassle and have a better look. I have gone nuts trying to find a photo of a vehicle with the OE tow package and hitch to see what the fascia look like. I finally thought maybe the hitch is only an accessory? I checked out info on the TTP package and it only says oil cooler, full sized spare tire, and wiring. No mentiion of a hitch.

So can you get a hitch from the factory or is it an accessory only?

The trailer tow prep is an oil cooler and trailer wiring harness, that's it. If you get the OEM Mopar hitch, you still have to cut the fascia. There is no pre-cut fascia.

This is what it looks like. At the bottom of the page is the Mopar hitch on the "first gen" Patriot:

Yeah, I know you have to cut on the 2011's regardless if you add a hitch. I just was hoping to get a moulded fascia that looks better. Seems stupid not to offer a hitch factory.

I actually have an aftermarket hitch. Not using the MOPAR one. Class I & II 1.25" hitches are useless.

Thanks for the answer however.
