J.P. - I have a Sport with 31,000 miles on the original 16" Goodyear tires. Their wear has been minimal to what I expected to date. They handle much much better than I expected. Now, if only they'd wear out so I could justify a new larger set with alloy wheels...

On my 2001 TJ Sahara, the stock Michelin LTX M/S tires lasted 88,000 km (about 55,000 miles) on a mix of suburban driving and two veeeerrrry long road trips :) The replacement tires are at 80,000 km and look like they will exceed the originals.

Unfortunately, these tires do not appear to be available in a size that fits the Patriot....

52,000 miles on my 2007 sport manual OEM 16" goodyears. Still have about 5,000 miles to go :). I could probably strectch it to 60,000. . I drove those miles pretty much all highway. I will feel more safe with brand new treads IMHO. Going to get Yokohama Geolanders AT/S. I drive a lot of dirt roads and some some highway so going with a AT tire.
