I have a 2015 Patriot with rear drum brakes. Does anybody know of a bolt on conversion kit to disc brakes? I have come up short in my search

 

You'd probably have to find a donor Patriot in a junk yard. But it's more than just the calipers, pads, and rotors. You'll also need rear brake lines, parking brake cables, and possibly wheel hubs/bearing/abs sensors and ABS modulator and computer flash.

Don't necessarily agree. Brake lines are already there w parking brake cable, etc. Don't know why bearing hubs would need changing. All they do is trail. I want to do the same thing, which is how I got here from my internet search.
