I don't know specifically the answer but in general if you can't see any screws or any trim bits that are hiding screws you are looking at a snap fit of some sort.

I've pretty much taken everything off or at least loosened it enough to get my Fluid Film in there and that has held true for anything I've done.

I highly recommend a trim removal kit, look around, they are inexpensive.

 

I pulled the seat back halfway off today to bolt on a map pocket. There were two clips on top and two on the sides at about the mid point. The top two clips came out of the plastic and stayed in the seat. They had to be pulled out and set back into the plastic back before inserting the back onto the seat.
