Hi gang .. I hope you can point me in the right direction...

I have an electric issue/anomaly with my 2014.

I went to key start it (not remote) and it wouldn't crank, turn over, nothing. I had all the idiot lights come on, but the Pat didn't make a peep. I took the key out, put it back in immediately and tried right away and it started just fine. This was a couple of weeks ago - no non-start issues since.

Now, however, the clock resets itself to 12:00 almost every time I get in the car.

I've researched and I've read everything from replace the WCM to replace the ECM to replace the battery to replace the Doo-Hickey-Mah-Goo. I've even read that the FOB builds up static electricity and the key needs to be grounded before being inserted into the ignition.

Battery is 4 months old.. Starter and Alternator check out a-ok.

Anyone else experiencing this? Is there a TSB on it? (Saw an old one from 2008)

Foamfoot...just posting so others know we are having same issue with our '14 Patriot. Did you find any resolution? I checked all the usual suspects (battery, cables/connections, relays, fuses, starter) all looked good and tested strong. I turned my attention to ignition switch and actuator assembly but haven't replaced yet. Can't believe all the gremlins in these things...
