New Patriot Owner

Hello everyone,

I just purchased a '09 Inferno Red Jeep Patriot....like today...like at 10:00 am...lol. A very basic package due to the fact I run a speed shop and can get add-ons a hell of a lot cheaper then they would charge me.

I WANTED the dodge Nitro, but I really like this ride. The drivers seat sits high and being 5'2 that helps....makes me feel all high and mighty and what not...heh

Now I'm looking to fix it up already. I don't want it to look tacky, but I want it hot.

I will say I DO like the black wheels, very nice. Oh, and I ALWAYS love pearl and metal flake...lol

Hi and welcome HotRodGyrl. I understand the exterior looks and appeal of the Nitro. One day I was waiting for my Pat to be serviced at a dealer and sat in a few cars in the showroom, incl. the Nitro. Boy, was I glad to get back into my Patriot! Difficult to explain, but try out for yourselves and compare the two cars at a Jeep dealer. Nitro leg room very tight and uncomfortable, windows small and obstructive, dash too shallow + some other things which I happily forgot immediately after driving off in my Patriot :Racing:
