My Jeep Green Patriot With RR Lift, Wrangler 15" alloy wheels and Wrangler GS-A Tires

Finally got it all put together! Here are a couple of low quality pics from my phone. More to come though!

I found a guy downstate that builds SEMA vehicle parts. I'm having the front steel patriot bumper made this winter. I'm also blacking out parts of the vehicle. I'll let you know more when I get it all put together!

To fit those tires, I actually had to trim the plastic away from the factory welds near the back side of the front wheel wells. I found they're sealed tight though, so I just covered them up with some hi quality marine sealent.

The pictures do no justice to how much the upgrades really do positively influence the look of the vehicle.

I bought some generic steel 16" rims for our jeep instead of 15" (Didn't think they would fit). I used 225x 16 BF Goodwrench A/Ts for rubber.
The 17 rims limited my choice of tires (size wise w/o a lift) and frankly, the 17" rims are terrible. While they look nice, the funny grooves inside the wheels are mud and snow magnetes, and it made our jeep shake at speeds over 45MPH. I used to keep a long screwdriver in the car to scrape snow/ice off in the winter and mud/dirt this summer.
The rims were only 80.00 each and while it dosn't look as nice, I don't have to stop and scrape junk off the rims before I get on the highway anymore.
I think I might up grade to some baby mud terrains if I every lift it.

The guy that builds SEMA parts can he get or make that 2.5" Lift, If he could i would think about purchasing it; the Bumper as well.

That's been a topic of discussion for along time around here.
The SEMA bumper and roof rack are not available anywhere.

It will require custom work to get em. Although there is a thread about someone that is working on a bumper that sounds like it may be close to the SEMA one.
