I recently installed the Sealight S1-PRO LED Bulbs in my 2015 Jeep Compass. Here’s a video showing the product, the install, and the review. This process should be very similar for the Jeep Partriot, although the bulb will be a different model (H13). Links below for the bulbs/resistors I think will be best for the Patriot.
Here’s links for product pages on Amazon for the bulbs that should work in the Patriot. I just installed this exact Fahren brand/model of dual beam bulb in my mom’s 2014 Nissan Versa Note and they work awesome. The resistors I’ve listed have several positive reviews from specific Jeep Patriot owners, so I believe this will be the best combination of bulbs/resistors.

A couple of notes: Sealight did send me their H11 and 9005 “Decoders”, but the low beams started turning off pretty quickly no matter what way I installed the harness, so I adjusted the video to reflect the use of the resistors that I had already been using for several days without issue. It’s possible that Sealights H13 decoders will work for the Patriot, and if you email them with your Amazon Order invoice, they’ll send them for free. But if you want to be sure and not wait extra time, use the links I posted. These headlights are nice and bright, I’ve really enjoyed them. I hope this post/video helps anyone who’s been considering LED bulbs in their first gen Compass or Patriot.
