In Canada we unfortunately don't have lemons laws, but we do have CAMVAP (Canadian Motor Vehicle Arbitration Plan). I had to give my dealer and the manufacturer the chance to fix the probs before initiating the process. )You can find more details on the CAMVAP website about the process.) I ended up going to an actual arbitration with a Chrysler rep, presented my claim to the arbitrator (Chrysler did the same), and I ended up winning. :smiley_thumbs_up:
Chrysler's answer to my water leaks is that you're not supposed to go through car washes, (how ridiculous!)... Their response doesn't cover all the leaks I've had in the rain though. Ugh.
Since I bought my '08 Pat, it has been in service for almost 80 days, for the 8 different water leaks, and a number of electrical probs. I think my win was a no-brainer.
