For everyone else, Beaisa's talking about this local-market-only special edition called "Baqueira" (the name of one of the most popular ski resorts in Spain). It's a Sport-version 2008 CRD Patriot with the following extras: chromed grille (I didn't even know that was optional equipment), leather cover for the gear stick (good idea, that current plastic looks cheap), chromed door sill guards, carpeted cargo mat and rear parking sensors for the special discounted price of......... (drums)....... € 22,944!!! That's US$ 28,914 at today's change.

They're giving it away, huh?

Where did you get that Baqueira price from? I wish I knew that lol 'cos it cost me 3.000€ more than that....! And yeah! Those were the extras missing on my post, the leather cover for the gear stick and the chromed door sill guards eheh don't even know what I've got! lol Although this last one I though the regular Limited had it.

I see where you got it from! Tha spanish Jeep page, but that price refers to the Baqueira edition on the Patriot Sport, mine is the Limited one, hence the price difference. Ufff, you got me worried for a sec eheh didn't notice you were talking about the Sport one... though I'd been conned at an official dealer ahahah

 

I can see that nobody else greeted Beaisa yet. How do we want this forum to expand if we don't welcome the newcomers? We don't have many ladies in this forum, you know? I think we should at least say 'hi' to one that checks in saying that she's happy to have purchased a Patriot.

You've probably read my previous post, it came with the car, thanks to a local edition they've put on sale in Spain (Baqueira Edition). It seems there are few on the country, but I already saw one besides mine a few days ago.
Anyway, I've read somewhere on the web that in the U.K. they sell it separately and you can put it yourself (don't remember where I saw it...)

Yes, the chrome grill came with the car, it's an european version (Baqueira edition), and besides the grill it comes with parking sensors, solar sealing, etc. I love it too, it's not a Cherokee grill eheh but it's something

Seems that Europe gets all the aftermarket goodies and the engine we want here in the USA. Wuz up wid dat?
You will need to paint that exhaust, this is the first mod we request all newbies do. LOL

Don't wanna piss u off, Snokat, but export-version Patriots come with black exhaust OEM.

OTOH here we'd like to have the domestic-version front bumper.

 

Euro, of course I should have known that. Right?
The domestic bumper is a better off-road bumper, which I like. But folks here like the Euro-version, though I think it is a sharp street bumper.
