I've been seeing people posting photos of interior doors. Some of the tan doors had a brown piece at the top. I have not seen any gray interiors with tow tone door panels. What gives? Is this a special interior or what?

The Limited '07s had two tone (mine are black and grey), while the '08 Limiteds are just the one colour mostly. I can't remember if the Sport model had two tone as well or not.
My 08' Limited has the 2-tone brown/tan interior....and eventually woodgrain too, when I get the faux woodgrain interior trim kit. I happen to like the contrast of the 2 tones....sorta like urban chic, contrasting w/the Pat's rugged exterior esthetic...(lol)
My observation is that '07 with power windows have two-tone interiors- does not matter if sport or limited. Roll up windows have mono-tone interiors. '08 all seem to be mono-tone.
Ash, that looks like the 07 model because of 2 color leather seats and no chrome interior.
08 comes with chrome door opener and other chrome stylings and also mono color seats.
I know what you mean, but I bought the Patriot because the doors cards are plasticy and easy to wipe clean. With a 1 year old in the back I expect them to take a proper beating as she grows up
Found it very odd when I found out that this is the only colour for the interior on a Limited. Which means if you chose any other colour you would get this interior. I'm not sure that it would look that good inside a Green Patriot, but in a Black or Silver I think it looks very good. They should have offered more options for the interior colours in Europe.
Don´t you have the option for pepple beige in UK?
What i know is that you can´t get the beige one in all exterior color combinations but at least you can get it here.
Ash,
Perhaps you could enlighten a yank as to what the "OTR" acronym stands for in "Priced at ÂŁ18,795 OTR"? We do use OTD (out the door) jargon when pricing vehicles over here, which is the same as the bottom line on the sales contract.
Cheers,
