I don't mind the wheel size, but I don't care for that wheel design either. I'm a fan of simple 5-7 spoke wheels. I also agree than chrome doesn't look right on silver cards. But, it's your car and your money.

Love the sig!

DrugRunR.... I was thinking that myself, but really does it need to look lower? Once the lowering springs are on its going to look pretty darn low.... not slammed, but really I don't think a Pat could handle that.... (not that I think any vehicle that has a '4x4' option really can)

That's a retarded statement if I've ever heard one, what exactly does having nice rims have to do with drive by's and gang wars if you don't mind me asking.

ANYWAY ..... I'm don't really know how I feel about the rims, like many have stated they are a bit overkill but to each their own, at least now I know what a set of DUBS will look like on the PAT.

couple questions -

1) Is the wheel gap really that big or is it just the angle the pics are taken at, it honestly doesn't look like the 20's filled any of the gap.

2) Most important, How's the ride? Smooth, bumpy, Hard ???

Well, I wouldn't be caught dead driving that Patriot... It's not the size of the rim that bothers me, it's the ugliness of the rims themselves... It looks too busy for my liking, a more simple looking one (or even black ones) would look better.

WOW!! i love the constructive criticism of my car. so many opinions and i value them all. i think the photos would be better if i took the photos in the sun instead of shade. also im not from the hood. or a gangbanger i just like nice cars. Actually at one time in my life i wanted the gangbanger/gangsta lifestyle but now i found everything i needed and i found it in JESUS.
also i will post pics of all the upgrades and i do plan on painting the bottom half of my car red to set the chrome rims off a little more, i agree silver didnt go as well as i thought. but hey i worked hard for them so im proud of them. they signify hard work and diligence.
again thanks again for your input.

the ride of the car is just fine the stock is 27.3 mm total and with these rims and tires the total is 27.7 so nothing has changed except you feel more of the road underneath of ya. other than that it actually handles better than the stock.

and hey i do live in a trailer and i tell you i wouldnt trade it for nothing me and my wife love to have money left over from our checks so we can do what we like to do.. travel, buy toys, have trips with our kids and support missionary trips and such and yes we could have a house no problem but we feel GOD has put us in this financial situation so we can bless others. and living in a big house would be nice yes!! but i feel im a good steward of my money and how i choose to spend it to bless others. so NO!! im not trailer trash and very proud and humble of where i live.

jjsjersystop,

Thanks for sharing your photos. I think that variety is the spice of life, and I think it's incredibly cool that you put some standout dubs on your patriot. It doesn't matter if no one else likes them...as long as they make you happy. The whole reason we modifiy our patriots is to capture a little individuality and set ourselves apart from the rest of the pats out there. I'm more of a traditional jeep person, so I probably won't put dubs on my pat...but I still think it's cool that you did. I also like your idea of painting the bottom half of your pat red...I never would have thought to do that...but I bet it will be neat. Post pics when you do it. I like people who think outside the box. Take care!

wow what an awesome comment and im surprised at how much this post is getting very overwhelming, i know that you didnt mean anything by me living in a trailer park i took no offense to that.
and whoever said jesus overload i say thank you but im not close. wish i was overloaded with jesus.
as for the bottom half of my patriot being painted red im thinking of doing a wave like design around the car and on the hood it will actually show like a splash of some sort like the waves coming together on my hood. what do you all think?

I saw something today that pissed me off to no end. I saw a Commander that had to have been sitting on 24's. Hardly any tire to be seen and to top it off, it was TRAIL RATED!!! What a complete and udder waste of money. They could have got the base model and did the same thing and it would have probably looked the same.

GenXer where I work there is someone in the parking lot that has a wrangler sitting on 22's or 24's on it. I love the rims, they are black with little chrome... but its on a freakin wrangler.... I'll have to get a pic of it...
