I almost feel like we need a vacation from POTM after last month because it was so intense.

No idea how we can top last month... but here we go again!

nice ones, BondiBlue. I like how you got the camera right along the side like in a TV scene from Knight Rider. Actually, though, mine's orange. When I picked it up and started rolling down the street back home, I saw at least two or three other vehicles in the same color, and from what I recall that's when the idea for General Lee Jr. started.

Agreed, it is a bear.

But, i do love to shine in the sun.

In addition, a clean & waxed vehicle has less drag therefore goes faster

And Eastbeach, while I agree your pics may not stand a chance against mine, your Jeep does look pretty cool with the taillight guards, black rims, and what appears to be rocksliders and mudflaps. Doesn't look like much of a garage queen, and that's a good thing. After all, the name Jeep came from the term "general purpose", abbreviated G.P., and later shortened to the easier-to-say "Jeep".

Isn't there a rule now about reposts?
Something about using new material that hasn't been submitted in past contests?
Or are those rules still being written up.

 

Previous winners may re-submit, however you can’t use the same picture.

I think it only applies to previous winners, but yeah, new pictures are nice. It's kind of a bummer too, because I have some favorites that got close too winning before, but now it just looks old

 

I dunno, this is my first entry.

 

There isn't a rule about it, but it's encouraged. Everyone has their own criteria as to what they vote on. For some it's the overall pic, others the patriot itself, a few for the member. It's been my experience that it all changes monthly.
