Mac,
What kind of problems are you having trying to upload them and post them here?
Are they too large?
Or just not familar with the process?

I can type up a walk thru for posting them inline on your thread if need be.
I also know of a great Microsoft plug in that will resize any pictures to various sizes simply by right clikcing on them and choosing resize.
It's an awesomely easy way to get pics forum sized quickly.

let me know I will do what I can to help get some up.

Also, fwiw, you can edit your posts and choose delete at the top if you have any posts not needed anymore or that did not work.

Cheers,
jim

I was just trying to find a way to put the pictures up on the forum, but haven't had any luck. I tried using their coding, but nothing. It might be because the pictures are too large. I will try to resize them and see what happens.

I have picked up my car and it drives great. no more bumpsteer, no more grinding noises and still has a 2" lift. I am reporting back to them in about a week to see if any other problems arise, but I am happy with what they have done.

You're killing us here with no pics..... :)

The ones on Flickr are at night and all blurry and don't really show anything...

People are going to start thinking this isn't really happening... ;)

Holly Macro is really high, MACIII do you have any problem, like noise, stiffnes

also how is the turning?, how is the CG when you going at 45 mph in a highway curve?

Thank for any info.

Nice picture the second one :smiley_thumbs_up:, the first one still too dark :(.

I'll take more in the light to give you all a better picture.

I have not heard any noises or felt any stiffness. Also, it handled very well at high speeds. I was taking highway curves at 65-75mph and the CG seemed good. The Jeep was riding steady.

By the way, I pulled up to a stock Patriot and couldn't believe how much lower it sits. I'll see if I can get a picture next to a stock Pat to show comparisons.

Any ideas on the pricing yet?

How are you finding the power with the bigger tires? And its been 2 weeks, still nothing on the site were getting anxious ;)

JEEPCHICC asked about bigger tires...
I work for Discount Tire and had the Tire Tech's @ corporate fit my 4x4 non-trail rated Pat.
The best size w/o having to do any modifications were
235/65/17 (Jeep dealer had slapped those 17's on there)
I prefer BFG All Terrain but couldn't fit any on those 17's.
However if I get a lift of 1" + I can get some or I can get some 16" rims and go w/some BFG's they make for that... (Those BFG's are just affordable for me)
Any way, if you call one of our stores up and tell them you want to fit some tires they will tell you when is the slowest day and time to do that. Meaning they will slap on 2 or 3 sets of tires to see what you like or what works. They will then schedule an appointment.

Oh, and these Michelins gave me a 1" lift I believe as the side was was a half inch bigger. All in all I would recommend on a non-trail rated that if you want bigger tires than OEM for some good trails that you get a lift first. It's not much of a difference on the ones I got, again any thing bigger would cause rubbing in the tire well...

Hey MAC, I think you should slap on some meaner bigger tires! Nice though!

Hey guys, Sorry I haven't said much lately. The power is the same. I haven't noticed much of a change. I wanted to put some bigger tires on. I went to discount tire too and they fit those tires for me. They were able to put 225/75/16's on there. Any bigger and the tires would have rubbed. I was hoping for 245's but that wasn't happening. Also, with the lift they weren't able to use car rims (thank goodness) so I was able to get truck rims on there, which is what I was looking for. So I gotta say I am pleased.

Oh, and these Michelins gave me a 1" lift I believe as the side was was a half inch bigger.
Serious question

If the side wall is only half an inch bigger, would'nt that give you only half an inch lift?

Any updates from Rocky Road? Nothing shown on the site yet.
