I have not seen a custom cargo liner made to fit the back with the rear seats down. I have the Rugged Ridge cargo liner, I keep my rear seats folded down all the time and I use a cut-to-fit liner for the area not covered by the Rugged Ridge cargo tray. It is not the perfect solution because the Rugged Ridge tray has a fair sized lip that can snag things you are trying to slide into the cargo area, but the cut-to-fit mat does a good job of protecting the back of the seats when they are folded down. You might be able to find a cut-to-fit liner that would cover the entire cargo area. This is the liner I am using, it is pretty good, quality-wise:

I think it was designed for pets but it should keep the crud off the carpet. May be having it will encourage me to get another dawg.

Well, there ya go! A custom full cargo liner and it looks like you can raise or fold the seats without any hassle. Now I want one.☺

 

Thanks for the replies. Bruce, does that full length cargo cover stay in place when you raise and lower the rear seats? How does it attach to the back of the seats? Is it made out of rubber or something else?

 

I would imagine that it has something that would keep it in place. If not just go get some carpet tape or velco. That should keep it in place.

 

Depending upon price you could get one of those rubber floor mats for the back of a pickup truck(maybe even used) and then cut that to fit.
